Sponsorshipworking closely with the client to review their sponsorship packages, help organize their process for soliciting prospective sponsors, and act as the liaison with all confirmed sponsors to ensure that each receives all benefits associated with their sponsorship.

Marketing – orchestrating the design of web pages, registration systems, and promotional materials. Providing marketing direction and plans.

Why do we call ourselves Engineers?

n. 1. a skillful contriver or originator. 2. professionals who invent, design, analyze and build. . . to fulfill objectives while considering the limitations of practicality. . . and cost.

Event production is so much more than just managing the logistics (which we do meticulously, by the way). We have turned our many years of experience into an event engineering process. Our partnership begins with client meetings to ascertain a thorough understanding of the event, objectives, goals and budget. We then analyze this information and skillfully craft a plan for turning our client’s vision into a reality. This includes a detailed planning timeline, a comprehensive budget, and a structure of systems and processes to keep the client thinking strategically throughout the planning process.

We become genuine partners with our clients, and work as an extension of their staff and committees. What sets us apart from other event management companies is not necessarily our ability to manage all of the logistics (although we are exceptional at this). We help guide your decision-making.
